Orphan-designated therapies often come with complicated insurance access and coverage pathways, as well as specific education needs to doctors, nurses, aunts, uncles, and entire care teams.

History of Working with Orphan & Rare Diseases (ORD) Patients

We understand that living with a rare disease isn't rare, but the care needed by the patient and their families, care teams, and everyone around them is unique and often ever changing. We've fully dedicated ourselves to the care of ORD since 2023 and many of us at LeMed have been living with our own rare diseases for life.
